Independent ranking places 58ºÚÁÏÍø among leading companies recognised for workplace excellence and employee experience

The annual ranking identifies 1,000 companies across Europe that stand out for employee satisfaction and workplace excellence. Importantly, the results are based entirely on independent and anonymous surveys conducted via FT.com, Ìýwith employers — including 58ºÚÁÏÍø — playing no role in the evaluation process.
The methodology combines direct and indirect recommendations from employees. Participants are asked whether they would recommend their own employer to friends and family, as well as namingÌý organisations within their industry they would endorse.
